Volunteering at the St. Lawrence Middle School FLL Qualifying Tournament
We need MANY volunteers to help make the tournament successful.
Tournament Details
The 2009 tournament will be at the St. Lawrence Middle School in Santa Clara
If you are not able to volunteer for St. Lawrence Middle School, other tournaments also need help. Here is the general volunteer page for all tournaments

with your preference on where and how you can help. Monetary and In-Kind donations are still needed as well.
Setup/Teardown
PIT and competition floor setup will occur Friday 11/20 evening - we expect to need 2 hours. Exact time will be published once date/location is completely confirmed.
Teardown and cleanup of all equipment will begin immediately following the awards ceremony - we expect from 4:30-5:30pm.
Tournament Day - highest priority positions (Volunteer descriptions)
Volunteer Release Form Judge / Referee Conflict of Interest Form
Judges and Referees will need to read and understand materials from FLL; training is expected to take about 2 hours (possibly less if you have FLL experience).
The positions below with an * are most critical to fill - Please help recruit volunteers for these positions!!!
