Completing Your Registration
Deadline to complete is now!
There are several steps that
must be completed before your team will be able to compete at the 2008 Northern
California FIRST LEGO League Championship Tournament on 1/25/2009:
- Submit your registration
fee. This can either be done via PayPal or via check.
Payment details coming soon
- Please consider
making an additional donation to support the tournament. Your support
would be GREATLY appreciated!
- Confirm team name and team's affiliation (city, school, sponsors) as posted
- Email
7 items specified in pretournament_info
- Identify an adult volunteer (not the coach) from your team that is available for at least 4 hours of the tournament
day. This is a self-assign form.
- Submit nominations for the Playing At Learning FLL Outreach, Outstanding Coach/Mentor and Outstanding FLL Volunteer Awards.
- Prepay
for your team's personal tournament video and other souvenirs.
- It would be nice, but not required, to Invite (and get RSVPs) at least 3 VIPs to come to the 2pm Reception in the library - checkin at the Cougar Commons (aka cafeteria) by 1:45. VIPs include school board members, school adminstrators, teachers, elected officials and media. Send names to jillw@playingatlearning.org so that we will have a name badge available for them
When the above items are received,
we will post your team's specific schedule.

of what to bring to the tournament itself is available along with the Competition Details (and
Alliance Round) - - most items are now updated for the 2008 Climate Connections
tournament.

paid either by mail (check/money order) or online using PayPal.

Make sure to write your FLL
TEAM NUMBER and team name in the memo section of the check.

Team Schedules
Schedules for judging and competition
are available once we receive all of the above information. It
is a convenience to the teams and their families to post them early -
please don't make us sorry by requesting changes. Teams are randomly assigned
with deference given to distance being travelled.
