Specific to Championship event on 1/25/2009: ~~330~~ 0 pieces of 3 inch squares (doesn't have to be exact) of corrugated cardboard to protect floor from metal table feet thank you Varsha & Arrow Packaging NEW: 1/22 need transport vehicles for challenge tables. we have tables available in almaden valley, pleasanton, cupertino and los altos but need a way to get them to/from the tournament 8 0 challenge tables for pit practice thank you KenB - left pit thank you AnnetteL - left pit thank you DiegoF - right pit thank you JackieC - right pit thank you TimH - left pit thank you BhaveshP - right pit thank you GraceW - left pit thank you TomS - right pit 8 0 field setup kits for pit practice tables - thank you qualifiers! 4 0 challenge tables for judging rooms thank you JimM (x4) ~450 team give aways (LEGO minifigs, pins, or similar) 4-6 portable canopies (10x10 or larger is preferred) in case of rain 6 0 folding TV trays (example) to use for housekeeping items thank you RosaL thank you KenB 2 0 large coolers for ice thank you RosaL Drink donations for tournament volunteers [need soda, water, non-carbonated beverages] Food donations for tournament volunteers multiple hand trucks and carts to haul crates/tables/chairs/challenge tables during Saturday setup and Sunday clean up NEW: Raffle is not going to happen due to having only a couple of donated items We also have a need for volunteers and cash donations to cover the costs.
