 ers. The FIRST Core Values are evaluated in all parts of a team’s eff
 orts.  The Festival is a non-competitive event and all teams will receive
  recognition.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nIMPORTANT: Masking is optional but recommende
 d for all participants\, volunteers and visitors.  If you are not 100% we
 ll\, please do not attend\, masked or not.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nEVENT VOLUNTEERS:
