  Design and Innovation Project to judges during their judging session\, an
 d the team's robot performance will be scored at the robot game. The FIRST
  Core Values are evaluated in all parts of a team's efforts.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\
 nIMPORTANT: Masking is optional but recommended for all participants\, vol
 unteers and visitors.  If you are not 100% well\, please do not attend\, 
 masked or not.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWhat is a Spring League 
 Tournament?\n\n\n\nSpring League (aka Recreational League) is like a quali
 fier except there is no advancement.   We have added these tournaments l
 ater in the season for teams that need or want additional time before goin
