Saturday 2/21Ā – setup only
Venue doors open 1pm
Truck unloadĀ 1:30pm
Setup Supervisors arrive 1:30pm
Event SetupĀ Crew 2pm – 7pm
Sunday 2/22 – competition
Key Volunteer Check in at 7am
Teams Check-In at 7:30amĀ Ā <-Ā this must be an adult listed on the rosterĀ (most likely a coach)
Coaches Meeting at 7:30amĀ <- this does not need to be a coach – can be any adult with the team!
Opening Ceremony at 8:15am
Official, scored Robot GamesĀ 9am – 5pm
Award Ceremony at 6:30pm
