As this event is at the same time as an FTC Qualifier, teams are encouraged to arrive early to walk around the FTC pit areas, talk to the FTC teams and spectate matches. Teams should expect to attend event activities starting at 12:30pm and finishing no later than 5:00pm

12 to 20 Volunteer Roles Needed and one person could do more than 1 role (if times are non-overlapping).
All training/instruction given on day of event and volunteers need to be 14 years old / HS or older. There are 2 steps:
- on the FIRST website, you will create a login and sign up to be a Volunteer to get your background screening. FIRST Volunteer Link
- on mylumi.playingatlearning.org, you will create a login (with same email address as your used on the FIRST site) and apply to a specific role. Volunteer Link on mylumi
LIST OF VOLUNTEER ROLES:
4 volunteers – Reviewer : 12:15pm – 4:00pm
1 volunteer – Lead Reviewer : 12:00pm – 4:00pm
1 volunteer – Welcome Ceremony Emcee: 12:45-1:30pm
1 volunteer – Celebration Ceremony Emcee : 4:00pm-4:00pm
1 to 2 volunteers – Team Activities: 1:30pm-3:45pm
1 to 2 volunteers – Team Checkin: 12:15pm-1:15pm
1 to 2 volunteers – Volunteer Checkin: 12:00pm-2:30pm
1 to 2 volunteers – Team Queuer: 1:00pm-3:00pm
1 to 2 volunteers – Photographer : 12:00pm – 4:00pm
1 to 2 volunteers – Welcome & Information Desk : 12:00pm – 4:00pm
