3:00-3:30 – Volunteer Check-In and on site training overview
3:30-3:45 – Teams Check-In and set-up their displays
4:00-4:15 – Welcome & Opening Ceremony – assemble in stands near FRC Field
4:30-6:00 – Panel of Reviewers talk to each team (See detailed times below)
4:30-6:45 – FRC Pit Tours & Match Viewing & Team Activities (See detailed times below)
7:00-7:30 – High 5 and Award Ceremony – assemble in stands near FRC Field
7:30-7:45 – Teams pack-out
8:00 – Venue closes
