Saturday 2/28:
Venue doors open at 12:30pm
Truck Unload & Event Setup at 1pm
All Teams Check-In starting at 2:30pm
All Team Judging and Robot Inspections between 3pm – 6pm
Venue closing at 8pm
Sunday 3/01:

Opening Ceremony and Visitors Welcome at 9:00am – estimated times
Qualifying Rounds from 9:30am to 3:30pm – estimated times
Elimination Round & Awards starts at 3:30pm – estimated times

Teams are assigned to a pit area in team number order per division. Each team that passes robot inspection will complete at least 5 qualifying robot game matches. If all teams pass inspection on Saturday, we likely can add additional qualifying matches!
The qualifying robot game matches are randomly assigned (and published) after robot inspection completes.

Sunday Only Roles:
- Game Queuer, Lead Game Queuer
- Referee
- Emcee, Game Announcer
- First Aid
- Errand Runner
- Area Cleanup Manager (Pit, Inspection, A/V, Competition Fields, Queuing, Signs)
Saturday + Sunday Roles:
- Field Technical Advisor
- Pit Admin
- Robot Inspector, Lead Robot Inspector
- Judge Queuer, Lead Judge Queuer
- Inspection Queuer, Lead Inspection Queuer
- Judge, Judge Advisor Assistant – Can have a small number of judges for Saturday only or Sunday only [Note judges and judge advisor assistants can not be affiliated with any NorCal FTC Team, competing at this event or not]
